To hire a personal trainer might be a hard decision for some of you. It was for me for several reasons, mostly personal. Those aren’t important in my evaluation of Scott but, in a way, before I even started, was quelled by his steady and valued counsel as to what you’re looking for, and the professional manner in which he develops and adjusts a program for you. He is always good-natured and has a great sense of humor but, to me, never loses sight of moving you forward in your personal training regimen/goals. I started working with Scott nearly one year ago. I wanted to work on my core strength because I was scheduled to do a 15 mile Power Walk in London and I wanted to avoid backaches and shin splints.
